How it works

Copy a link
Copy the YouTube link of what you are watching. A timestamp in the link is read automatically.

Paste and tag
Paste it in, set the moment, add tags and a short note. The title and upload date are filled in for you.

Filter and replay
Narrow the library down to the clips you want, then click a row to jump straight to that moment.
Tags with structure
Tags live in groups, so a clip reads as a few clear facts instead of a pile of labels.
Groups
A tag is a group and a value: Type: spike, Slot: 3. Chips show the value, the group gives it meaning.
One value per clip
Mark a group exclusive and a clip carries at most one of its values. A slot is never 3 and 4 at once.
Conditional groups
A group can stay hidden until its parent value is picked. Spike appears once Type: spike is set.
Video tags
Tags for the whole video — the sport, tournament or practice — stay separate from clip tags.
Filters work per group, with an is / is-not toggle and a date range.
Share a moment
Send one clip as a message, or a set of clips as a view-only page.
- One clip as textA message with the video title and time, and a youtu.be link that opens at that exact second. Tags and your note come along when you want them.
- A set as a linkPick clips in the library and create a view-only page. Recipients filter and replay within the set; notes stay out unless you include them.
- No account neededThe recipient just opens the link. The set is fixed when you create it, and you can turn the link off later.
Firefox add-on
Save the moment you are watching without leaving YouTube.
- A clip button sits in the player’s control bar. One click saves the current moment.
- Clips you already saved appear as marks on the video’s timeline, so you can see what is covered.
- It works in embedded players too, not only on youtube.com.
